How monday.com Can Appear in Every Answer and Still Have Two Visibility Shares
Ask an AI assistant which work-management platforms an Israeli company should compare. If monday.com appears every time, is its visibility 100 percent? For one narrowly defined measure, yes. For another useful measure, the same answers produce 20 percent in English and about 33 percent in Hebrew.
The example comes from the marketing-and-operations question in Nir Levi’s Israeli GEO pilot. Perplexity answered it twice in each language on October 11. Each English opening named monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike and Smartsheet. Each Hebrew opening named monday.com, Asana and ClickUp. Count any tracked product only once per opening, regardless of how often the paragraph repeats it.
Put the denominator beside the number
For presence, the unit is an answer: monday.com appeared in two of two openings in each language. For share, the unit is a product appearing in an opening. English had ten such appearances across the two answers; monday.com accounted for two. Hebrew had six; monday.com again accounted for two. Its count stayed flat. The list around it changed.
An Israeli SaaS team can put both measures on one line in its board report. Show the actual buyer question and list the competitors counted. When a share drops, check whether the brand disappeared, whether more alternatives joined it, or whether someone changed the list being tracked. Those three events call for different decisions. Only the first is a loss of presence. None of these percentages measures software sales in Israel.
